Return & Refund Policy
We care about your experience and want you to shop with peace of mind. Our 7-day return policy allows you to return eligible products within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, under the conditions mentioned below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Product on Delivery
- If the item is received in a damaged condition, it is eligible for return.
- To qualify, a clear unboxing video must be provided, showing the package being opened for the first time.
- The return request must be submitted within 6 hours of delivery.
- Wrong Product Delivered
- If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please inform us with supporting images.
- We will initiate the return process and dispatch the correct product promptly.
Return Approval & Refund Process
- Once your return request is received, the product must be shipped back to us in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as delivered.
- After we receive and inspect the product, our team will review your reason for return.
- If the reason is found to be genuine, we will approve the return and initiate your refund.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Important Guidelines
- Products without a valid return reason or missing proof (e.g., no unboxing video for damaged goods) will not be eligible for return.
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable, unless incorrect or damaged.
- Customers are advised to retain original packaging until the return process is complete.
